ADNAN OKTAR: There is this thing in historical movies for instance a coffeehouse in a district, for instance such-and-such coffeehouse challenges such-and-such coffeehouse. They say "buddy, come here if you dare" and an uproar starts, they shoot two-three people. The damage comes upon the children and families, to people, to their spouses, they all get devastated, the men go to prison, a momentary rage, a momentary desire of being an imaginary bully devastates families and people. This is the same with the Islam world as well, it is the same in most of them. I mean they have a bullying spirit in their souls and they act as bullies towards wretched ones. Note that this is very important, they do this towards poor, innocent, compliant people. I mean they cannot do this to their real enemies. They act miserably towards those, act in submission, they bow in front of them, they slaver them. But there is a Muslim, an inoffensive person, then you see that the man has turned into a panther.

A Muslim is to be just, he has to be compassionate, he has to be merciful, he has to think properly and defend peace. He is to be the man of peace. It might appear that lower-self would want peace but to defend peace, to stand up for peace till the very end is very hard. Only Prophets succeeded in that. For instance Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) could defend peace until the end. Many people's strength would not suffice for peace. They would definitely want fighting at the end, I mean they can take peace only to a certain point. That is because peace would bore him, it would overwhelm him, fighting causes him to discharge. I mean he should smash people's face in, make them drenched in blood and feel relieved and discharged only after that. The man would feel distressed from peace, satan gives him angst in peace. For that reason the task of people who preserve peace is very hard, they should use their will, they should use their mind. To preserve peace till the very end, to bear away with determination and will power is a sign of piety, it requires profound faith. Or else preserving daily peace is very easy, daily peace is easy.. To preserve peace for lifetime is very hard to do. For instance Hazrat Mahdi is a person who preserves lifelong peace. It is very difficult to be an appeaser. When a person is in rage he would want to be discharged instantly and to harry. But it is very difficult to keep one's temper. It shakes the body and it requires profound faith. I mean in a person's soul there is the spirit of taking instant revenge. But the lower-self would find forsaking revenge and forgiving to be very difficult; soul takes pleasure in that, soul feels relieved with that. For that reason Allah constantly says; "hold forgiveness, command what is right and turn away from the ignorant," in the Qur'an. When you hold forgiveness, there would be no war anyway. Look "hold forgiveness, turn away from the ignorant." Turning away from ignorant is a very important point. Not to spar with them, not to get into a stubborn insistence, not to cause scenes, to be compliant, to be balancing others, to keep people on a certain balance.. Paradise is the home of balance, it is the home of peace. Everything is balanced in the Paradise.

Marxist, communist thought, Leninist thought, fascist thought; the fascists and communists want to incite this instinctive desire, this desire of having a fight and shedding blood, this desire of aggressiveness to the fullest and use it. They want to set people against each other and shed blood. That is how they attain success anyway. I mean this is the characteristic of Leninism. For instance PKK in the southeast [of Turkey] make them use Molotov cocktails and bombs, have them shoot at soldiers, have our soldiers martyred, have our police martyred and they live on that blood, they can only progress on that blood. I mean that system is completely based upon blood. Fascist thought is based on blood as well. Fascism does not proceed without blood. Fascism would choke without blood. Both Leninism, Leninist communism and fascism, that is the national socialism, just like bats, just like vampire bats constantly are in need of blood. When they shed blood, for instance those black shirts, brown shirts etc. were constantly shedding blood at the streets. Hitler had gathered all those psychopaths. Mussolini as well, they have filled the scoundrels on trucks, they were making raids on factories, on neighborhoods, they were shedding blood like rivers, smashing people's faces in, shooting bullets in their heads. And they showed themselves like a psychopathic mafia structuring. They came to power with this in a very short time. I mean they have used the satanic potency in the souls of people. There is an attribute of killing, burning and wrecking in the souls of people, as a satanic instinct in their lower selves. Almighty Allah had given an example of this in the Qur'an in the story of Abel and Cain.

We see this desire of dissension in the souls of the men in many places of the Qur'an. But Allah makes them drown in the pit they themselves dug, He makes them drown in the sea of blood that they are in search of.
