Well, I fail to understand this. What kind of conscience is this? I mean a lady could want to cover her head or she might like to take it off, what kind of inconvenience could this cause? What is the inconvenience in this? Let her cover her head, how nice it is. Let her wander around and work like that, what kind of inconvenience could it cause? Furthermore in a hospital one's covering her head is necessary anyway, it is a necessity I mean. Of course, I mean it is a necessity in respect of hygiene. Many health care personnel cover their heads.  Even the doctors wear bonnets. Right? What is the inconvenience in this? I mean that is not something that would comply with one's conscience.  I mean they are to evaluate this through their conscience, fear Allah and avoid doing such a mistake. A lady who covers her head, one would employ her with pride, one would employ her very willingly. Right? That is because mistreating a lady is a very tragic act, how abnormal is that.. I mean mistreating her, causing her distress, offending her would be a great sin and it is very wrong. Why do you meddle with her choices? If she covers her head, that is okay, do not touch her, let her wander around with her scarf. How nice it is. It is luminous, it is abundance, it is pleasant, right? Insha'Allah.

Our brothers should specifically employ ladies who cover their heads. It is reprehensible, it is very shameful. Do not let them be mistreated. It would be both shameful and sinful. How distressed would those people be there.. Saying "I am not going to employ you." Why? "Because you cover your head, that is why." What more do you want?  How nice it is, right? How nice it is. Masha'Allah. I really reprove such an act; I do reprove whoever does that. I mean there is no explanation for that.
