ADNAN OKTAR:My brother, besides the Qur'an, may Allah forbid, is not a Book that could ever be rejected. I mean a person's conscience should be scourged for that. It is the perfect Book of Allah which is based on pure, flawless, clear revelation. But this is like a period of interregnum, I mean people are not aware of this. When one utters the word Muslim, they imagine people who hang and cut, etc.. or people like some certain hodjas and so they keep away from Muslims.  Actually this is not the case. Islam is a religion of love, compassion, mercy, friendship, affection and passion, it is the religion of affection. It is the religion of goodness and beauty. It is the religion of helping one another. I am the one telling these. I am the one standing against war, I am the one standing against fight. Have you ever heard the word war coming out from my mouth? At the very most I say that we would defend ourselves.  That is the very most.. Even against the communists, irreligious and faithless ones, even against to PKK, I just say that we should respond with ideas, not through weapons, but through ideas, knowledge, culture. Have you ever heard me speaking about blood?

ADNAN OKTAR:No.  Just by convincing.. If he is convinced that is okay, if he is not, he is not.. But if the other party attacks, if he says that he will destroy my homeland, my people, my flag, then my brother I would of course defend myself. I mean I do have my right to self-defense. It is a religious obligation according to the Qur'an, it is the command of Allah anyway. In that case we would make this world unbearable for them, let me tell you that much. There would be no such thing..
