ADNAN OKTAR: Personally speaking,I do not want tension between Israel and Turkey. I do not want there to be war, and I want no military operations against Palestine. That is because that is no use anyway.. Palestine keeps firing rocket s. And they say, "they keep firing rockets at us, so we have to defend ourselves. What are we to do?" Well, you can defend yourself, but you do so by bombing them from the air and there are children and everyone there. "But, they keep firing at us," they say. Now, the thing to do there is to be loving and forgiving and soothing and to resolve matters by talking. I mean, you cannot stop bloodshed with more bloodshed. And when Israel does that, she responds "one" with a "thousand". Let there be no "one"s to respond with a "thousand". That is what we are trying to achieve. I mean we want nothing of that sort. I mean when bombings are carried out, homes are bulldozed, children are injured and crippled, their bodies catch infections and they suffer terribly; hundreds and thousands of people. That is not heroism my brother, and there is no end to it. What is the point? That region is big enough for everyone, it is a vast land, it goes on and on. Israel in any case has a very small population. That region is very wide, it is a vast land. I keep saying this; let us tear those walls down, let us open those lands, let them calm down, let them go and settle everywhere they like. Let them settle in Jordan and in Egypt. Let them build factories and plants, schools and hospitals. What is the point? The borders around Palestine must be lifted as well. Palestine is divided into lots of little bits, one here and another there. How is that acceptable? Tear those borders down, open it all up and let them move around freely. Let there be no more security zones. But this will happen in the time of Maschiah, Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh). It does not happen any other way. We are striving to prevent any operations against Palestine for months. We are talking, and praying, and trying to help. They do not want those things, either. The rabbis we talk to do not want such operations, insha'Allah. But there are irreligious people within the government as well; there are deaf, heedless types. Those act blindly, insha'Allah. But it is not happening because the spirit of the Maschiah, the spirit of the King Messiah, that is the Mahdi, rules the world. They are obsessed with Armageddon. But if you have Armageddon there will be nobody left in the world. Have you gone mad? They say it is in the Gospels and the Torah and we will have Armageddon in the region. You would have to use nuclear weapons for that, launch nuclear weapons against all great cities; they will launch them at you, and you back at them. And nobody will be left. And there will be the most awful tragedy. Hazrat Mahdi (as) will appear in the wake of that, they say. But not a soul will be left on Earth, so how can he appear then? There will be no people and no civilization, nothing. The world will be destroyed. It will not resemble World War I or World War II. It will be the most enormous disaster. Because technology is really advanced now. They will all use all the weapons in their possession. Iran, for instance, has stockpiled vast amounts of weaponry. Israel has stockpiled vast amounts of weapons. There are bullies on both sides. They are both on standby as if to say; "We wish they would start something so we can wade in." But there are little children there. Sweet little children. Little Palestinian children running around, the sweetest things in the world. Why should there be such ignominy, why should their blood be spilled? This is not entertainment. They see these things in films and try and engage in cheap heroism. But we will not allow it, insha'Allah. They find peace to be very hard on their lower selves.. But in fact peace is the nice and pleasurable thing to do, it is peace that you should be demanding. Those people find war to be delightful, they delight in war. That is how it was in ancient times as well; this is what happened in many periods of history. They love the idea of war. "Come on, we are off to war!" one says and they all jump up and down at the prospect of killing one another. What is there to rejoice at in that?

Look, ".. and be at peace with each other." Mark 9:50. Evangelical Christians in particular must heed that, because they too are in favor of war, they really are keen on it. " God has called us to live in peace" (1 Corinthians 7:15) That is Allah's commandment, look. " Live in peace with each other. " (1 Thessalonians 5:13)
