There were Companions who looked like our Prophet (saas). But they never claimed to be the Prophet and they couldn't have done so." Well done! That is nice..  Look she had given a very good example.  Hazrat Dihya (ra) looked very much like our Prophet (saas). He was almost the same with him. Did he ever claim to be the Prophet? It is one thing to look like him and completely another to be the Prophet. It is one thing to look like Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) but to make a claim on being Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) is something completely different. That is very good.. Well done!. "All our Prophets, by the leave of Allah, had declared that they are Prophets through the True Books they were sent with. However Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) will never say that he is the Mahdi.  So it is not definite who Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) is. I mean you could have made a claim with all your similarities but masha'Allah you are not doing that. Allah knows the truth. Insha'Allah, you could be Hazrat Mahdi as well, Allah knows the best. Why do they fear this much and why do they constantly leave you in a position to make an oath? The things that those hypocrites have done are very shameful. Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) will be the person Allah permitted and preordained in destiny, not the person they or we have ascribed. " Of course.. Even if we were to say that such and such person is suitable to be Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh), it would have no significance. The person whom Allah willed to be the Mahdi is important. I mean we could see someone suitable, but what is important is for Allah to find him suitable. "Insha'Allah if it were to be this way, with your fervent love for Allah, is there anyone else who is more suitable than you are?" There are, of course, there are many people.. but he will be the person whom Allah willed. And once he is obvious, that would be great, that would be superb, masha'Allah..
