ADNAN OKTAR:Middle East is not our only path. We are Europeans at the same time. The European civilization, European culture; I mean, their architectural understanding, artistic understanding and understanding of compassion is very nice, European understanding of democracy is nice. We should adopt all these as a whole and take them even further and do even better. For that reason, the subject matter about our entering the EU is a nice, however that should be done as the leader of the Turkish Islamic Union without further delay. Let Turkey make a proposal about this, all of them would accept. If they do not, let them come and tell me. I mean the whole Islamic world would accept, the whole Turkish world would accept. Let them say "we are the leader, what do you say about this?"

That would be a democratic leadership, a democratic leader. I mean not a leader that would hang people, slaughter them and mess up everywhere; what I mean is adopting a manner that would put an end to anarchy and terror, that would encourage cooperation, cooperation in industry, science, arts and in economics and in every field.  Right? Otherwise that is not in the sense of superiority, aggression or loftiness. That is not with a claim of being a military power. Consequently [the state] our nation [is in] is nice and good, our neighbors are good as well; Greece is good, Syria is good in that sense, they all are good in that sense. They all are friends, for instance this dear one here is Greek, she is very sweet very cute.  That means everything will be good. Let us unite. They [Greece] have entered the European Union, let us enter it as well, as the leader of the Turkish Islamic Union. Right? Let us bring an amazing democracy to Turkey, but an unprecedented one; I mean let Europe be astonished by that. Let us expand freedoms supremely. Let us form a complete freedom of opinion. Let democracy settle in. Let us have secularity, -a complete understanding of secularity in the European standards, and even further, even better- settle in. Let the moral values of the Qur'an prevail thoroughly. Let Turkey become a leader in the European Union as well, carrying the pride, the honor of being the leader of the Turkish Islamic Union. Insha'Allah. Because then, the European Union would help all others as well. For instance, there is a crisis in Greece. Turkey, as the leader of the Turkish Islamic Union could clear that off.  Right? Greece is also a part of us. Of course that would very easily be solved. They go and borrow money from IMF. Why should they borrow money from IMF? The Islamic world is very wealthy. She can bring money there and relieve them. If our neighbor is rich, we will be rich as well. If we are rich, our neighbor will become rich as well. We are poor, they are wealth, that would not happen. Wealth has a meaning, a beauty when everyone is rich. Right?  Let us approach matters with compassion and love, let us solve matters like this.
