MS. BETUL:In his statement given to Al-Jazeera TV, our Prime Minister Erdogan had stated that there will be some help brought to Gaza from Turkey and that the Turkish military ships, the Turkish Naval force would be protecting these ships and that the Turkish ships going to Gaza to bring help would never be attacked like the Mavi Marmara ship ever again.  Referring to this statement, the columnists stated that Turkey will start a fund drive to Gaza and that the Turkish soldiers would be escorting these ships bringing help; they have stated that this could cause a close combat. 

ADNAN OKTAR:Well, Israel is already a nation frightened by the countries around it and the whole world. Lots of people everywhere feel hatred for them. There are those who beat, swear, drive out, chase, burn, hang and kill [this nation]. Hitler was one scourge on them. And they suffered a separate scourge in Spain. Let us lift fear from these people. Let us show them compassion. Let us provide guarantees so they can relax. This agitation around them has to be lifted. They are terrified because of this agitation. They are worried that these people will kill and maim and bomb them. We must tell them, "my brothers, there will be no bombing or killing or anything. You are covered by our guarantee, so relax. You are the children of prophets, you are entrusted to us, everything will be all right. There is nothing wrong. Open the checkpoints and we will assume responsibility.” That is all that needs to be said. "You and the Palestinians are brothers. Open the borders and we will have you embrace one another.  Embrace each other. Right? Open up the area around Jerusalem and everywhere. Nothing bad will happen." All that land can be theirs. Let them settle wherever they like. No one opposes it. And let Israel go and have a home wherever it likes. That is a vast area.. There is plenty of empty land, in Jordan, etc. Everywhere is empty. As they say there is not a soul around, it is all empty. What is it that they cannot share?

It is wrong to agitate people. That is in the Torah as well. The Torah says "you will have great fear" about the Jews. Once they are agitated they become even more agitated. We must approach them with love and compassion, providing guarantees, not by frightening and agitating them. Saying "we will kill and maim and bomb" would only agitate them more. That is not a method to be applied, that is not a system. But my method can entirely resolve the problem. They need compassion. They need security and protection. Once they feel that love and protection, what problem would they have? Allah forbid, if they still misbehave, then Allah would reciprocate with them anyhow. But nothing like that would happen anyway. Compassion, love and protection will resolve the whole matter, insha'Allah.
