Excerpt from Mr. Adnan Oktar's Live Interview on A9 TV dated September 7th, 2011
ADNAN OKTAR: For instance the Prophet Solomon (pbuh), like the Queen of Sheba said to her army as referred to in the Qur'an;[the Prophet Solomon (pbuh) says] "If I come there, I will debase you and will make you miserable." He [the Prophet Solomon (pbuh)] also says for the Hoopoe "I will certainly punish it most severely or slaughter it" as the verse explains. But Allah shows us the character of the Prophet Solomon (pbuh) –for instance looking at these statements he seems as if he is someone who would slaughter and hang, devastate and cast people off- and he doesn't even crush an ant, not even an ant. When he sees the ants, he smiles at them and he jokes around with them. The whole army stops.. I mean note that first the ants pass and then his army passes by. He cannot even have the heart to harm an ant. That is how pure and how full of love and how compassionate he is. But he has an overwhelming army and he has an overwhelming power. And of course he sets his command as the brave man he is. And he says "If I come there I will do what is necessary.." Is this something to be put on practice? It is not. That is a show of strength, of might insha'Allah. However the point is that he would do those if necessary but he does not. He is a man of compassion. Allah says that specifically. Look an ant, a female ant says; "beware the Prophet Solomon (pbuh) is coming!" and the Prophet Solomon(pbuh) smiles as he hears the voice of the ant, the words of the ant.
From this we also understand that animals have a special language they use among themselves and if the unused curves of the human brain were to be used, we would also hear and understand the speech of the ants, of the animals.
