Mawlana says that Hazrat Mahdi (as) will have links to people. But even though people are constantly in his presence, they will not recognize Hazrat Mahdi (as) and he will remain hidden. Those guides ranking immediately below him will be the lamps of Hazrat Mahdi (as), the wali al-asr (the guide of the century, the sole lord of time) and the greatest mujtahid (renovator), in other words, they will assist him with their light.
