FROGHOPPER

The larvae of a froghopper, which is classified in the family Cercopidae, are enveloped in a protective frothy secretion. There exists no difference between modern froghoppers and those that lived millions of years ago. Despite millions of years that have passed, these insects remain the same, manifesting that living beings have not undergone evolution.
