Excerpt from Mr. Adnan Oktar's Interview on Güneydoğu Olay TV at May 4th, 2010
PRESENTER 1: "What will be the condition of the jinn when people enter Islam in droves? Who will preach Islam to them? How will their enterance to Islam be?"
ADNAN OKTAR:Now, for instance those lovely ones are listening to us. They don't have such problems anyway. They don't knock on the door or ask whether or not to come in. They just come in and listen. They don't have such problems. They are in mosques, in everywhere. All the ones that want, all of them. They can listen to the radio. They can watch the television. They can attend all meetings if they want to. But they have to be looked after of course. They have to be shown compassion. If they are trained well, if there is a sincere environment, they are very talkative and they say very pleasent and sincere things as conversation. They have quite an information about religion. They can answer when asked a question. But insha'Allah they will mostly hold positions of intelligence in the future. In the time of Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh), there are some serious signs to this also in the hadiths. But they are not as the public is scared of. They are very mild and poor fellows, the jinn. They are also afraid of people, not like it's predicted. But you wouldn't like their appearances. Their real appearance is somewhat ugly. But they can change into whatever shape they want. They can change into a likeable shape. But among themselves, their appearance is quite ugly. Everyone who deals with the jinn knows this. They have a classical red hood, it is a tradition amongst them. They never take it off their heads. Everyone of them... They are small and large in shape. But they are like this for thousands of years. They appear like this to everyone who is involved in with the jinns. It's a known thing, a classic. That never fails. Their feet are cone-shaped downwards. It is interesting. Allah created them this way.
PRESENTER:Master there are also sayings that they are backwards. Is this true?
ADNAN OKTAR:Backwards?
PRESENTER :For instance if we think about the feet of a normal man; but theirs' look the opposite way. I have heard something like that, is that correct?
ADNAN OKTAR:That may be, they are different creatures. They are fond of doing original things anyway. They may appear like that as an act of being original. They can change in to that appearance when they want to. But their classical appearance is like this; the tips of their feet are sharp like a peg top. They step on like that. Some are tall. Their teeth are shapeless generally. But the jinn are shy.
PRESENTER:It's told that they fall in love with people.
ADNAN OKTAR:Yes that is true.
PRESENTER:There are many movies about them lately. Is there something like this?
ADNAN OKTAR:Yes there is, it's right. But they don't harm people generally, they don't do such things. There is no such thing as haunting, insha'Allah.
PRESENTER 1:So does that person feel?
PRESENTER 2: They call it incubus for example.
ADNAN OKTAR:No, no there is no such thing. Their blood pressure should be going up or something like that. Don't believe those.
