ADNAN OKTAR: Human beings are like that. They get used to things very easily. For example, they are resurrected in the Hereafter. This is a very big event, is it not? They are resurrected on a plane land and they immediately begin talking. They say "'Alas for us! Who has raised us from our resting-place?" I mean they try to be canny even right there. For instance, Allah says; "On that day, upon the call of a Summoner, they will all start running towards a single point." Just like people getting all lined up running in front of a shop when there is cheap cheese. You know those, right? People run to the stores during sales time and the canniest ones arrive there first. Just like that, they try to be canny and go to that point fast, as the first one to arrive. However at that place they run to; they are taken directly to Hell. Believers are taken to Heaven from there. But those will be taken to Hell from the point they ran towards. See that Allah makes them run to that place. This is the situation they are in. And they immediately comply, they even comply with Hell. Look at the level of their getting used to: They say; "Call on your Lord to give us the food that you are given." They brazen it out immediately. Allah says "looking at out of the corner of their eyes, they hide their remorse". They look at from the side, out of the corner of their eyes. They are arrogant even in Hell. Their arrogance do not leave them even there.
