It is very important to keep the Unity of Islam on the agenda because the Unity of Islam is a religious obligation

Excerpt from Mr. Adnan Oktar's Live Interview on A9 TV dated December 10th, 2011

ADNAN OKTAR:The Union of Islam is of great importance Selcuk. [He says] "Master, why are you constantly talking about this matter?" I do make this a point this intensely,  because this is the greatest religious obligation. You may perform your prayers as much as you like, you may fast as much as you like, if you do not want the Union of Islam, then that is it. May Allah forbid. How are you going to explain this in the Hereafter? Essentially Islam can be lived with the Union of Islam. It is the greatest religious obligation. All the commands in the Qur'an are in compliance with the Unity of Islam. All those Allah tell us to do are all in reference to the Union of Islam. It is not in reference to a scattered Islamic world. In the Qur'an Allah has explained everything with reference to the unity of Muslims. There is not even one verse of the Qur'an that refers to the fragmentizing of Muslims. The provisions of the Qur'an have been revealed all in reference to the unity, to the unison of the Muslims. There are no other provisions. First of all; being together, living together is a definitive condition for Muslims. Islam is lived upon that foundation.

PRESENTER:  I seek refuge with Allah from the cursed satan. Allah says; ".. and do not separate."

ADNAN OKTAR: All the commands are for a single Muslim community. There are none told for a fragmented Muslim community. Allah says; "Allah loves those who fight in His Way in ranks like well-built walls." He says; "..and do not separate."That is an explicit command.
